MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

New as of 8/1: Volunteer Application form

If you intend on serving in any capacity (Manager, Clinic Assistance, Team Mom, etc) you must download and fill out the Volunteer Application Form. That must be turned in to Eric Holstrom or Karl Schwinck ALONG WITH a government issued I.D. card. If you have already submitted these items for the Spring 2010 season, it is not necessary to do it again for the Fall.

Fall Ball Objectives:  Develop a love and understanding of the game through teaching and building baseball fundamentals and life skills in every player through challenging and fun drills, training, and actual game experience so that players are more prepared for the following Spring Season.
Clinic Note: To clear up some questions we've been getting - the Division Clinics will be set up like Spring Training, i.e. these are not just clinics for beginners.  We will be challenging above average players as well in the clinics, focusing on fine tuning their skills and mechanics to improve their game.

General Information:

Fall Ball is for players who are league age 9-14, based on player age on April 30, 2011.

Players from Academy Little League have first priority, but we will accept players from other leagues if space is available. These players must return to their respective league for the Spring 2011 Baseball season.

We plan to field 4-6 teams of 12 players in each Division (Rookies 9-10, Majors 11-12, and Juniors 13-14).

Juniors outside Academy Little League will be placed on a wait list and will be notified by mid August if they were accepted or not (priority is based on registration date).

Rookies/Majors outside Academy Little League will be placed on a wait list and will be notified by end of August if they were accepted or not (priority is based on registration date).

Games for Rookies/Majors will be held at the Focus Fields; Juniors will play at Ford Frick/Rampart. (At the top of our website is a link for Maps to the fields.)

Your company's name will appear on the back of each player's jersey and your company's logo will be displayed on the website for one (1) year. Since Academy Little League is a non-profit organization, your sponsorship is tax deductible as well. Please contact Eric Holstrom if you are interested.
